Close to three hundred references, from celebrated estates to growers still to be discovered, chosen to converse with the cuisine of chef Ronan Lavillaugouet. A curious cellar, rooted in its terroirs and open to the world — poured by the glass, by the bottle or in magnum, in a twenty-six-seat dining room on rue Royale.
Pairings, glass by glass
Every tasting menu may be extended with a wine pairing of four glasses, 60 €, composed act by act with the kitchen. An alcohol-free pairing of four glasses, 50 €, follows the same thread — infusions, cordials and fermented juices built for the plate rather than around it. Tell us what you enjoy, and the pairing is adjusted at the table.
By the glass
A handful of wines opened each service, renewed as the cellar moves, so that a single glass can be matched to a single course — the simplest way into the list.
In magnum
Large formats age more slowly and pour more generously. A natural choice for a long dinner, or for a private table in the vaulted cellar.

A list composed as a journey

Wines in the vaulted cellar
Beneath the dining room, a stone vaulted cellar can be booked privately from four guests, with three set formulas from 52 € to 80 € per person around a beef Wellington to carve and share. Bottles are chosen with you beforehand, drawn from the same list. See private dining in Lyon.
