Since opening in December 2024 on rue Royale, a few steps from the Lyon Opera, Astral has been recognised by the food press and the leading guides. Led by chef Ronan Lavillaugouet, the house cultivates seasonal French cuisine, “from dawn to zenith”, awarded two toques by Gault&Millau.
