Pairings, glass by glass

Every tasting menu may be extended with a wine pairing of four glasses, 60 €, composed act by act with the kitchen. An alcohol-free pairing of four glasses, 50 €, follows the same thread: infusions, cordials and fermented juices built for the plate rather than around it. Tell us what you enjoy, and the pairing is adjusted at the table.

Wines in the vaulted cellar

Beneath the dining room, a stone vaulted cellar can be booked privately from four guests, with three set formulas from 52 € to 80 € per person around a beef Wellington to carve and share. Bottles are chosen with you beforehand, drawn from the same list.
